Refund Policy

All payments made to Lunarpe for subscription plans are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law. As our services are digital and made available immediately upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for:
- Partial usage
- Downgrade of plans
- Inactivity or unused accounts
- Early termination of subscription during a billing cycle
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same billing period.
- Technical Error: If a billing error or technical issue on our end caused an incorrect charge.
- Failed Service Activation: If you subscribed but could not access the services due to a verified platform issue that remained unresolved for more than 7 working days.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Include:
- Your account email
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the request
- Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot of the charge)
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged in the subsequent cycle.
- No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days.
4. Free Trials and Promotional Plans
If your plan began with a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing. Refunds will not be granted for promotional or discounted plans unless due to technical or billing errors.
5. Processing and Timelines
If your refund request is approved:
- The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Refund amount will be credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
